I'm placing an order for a gift, do you include the receipt in the package?
Receipts are emailed to the customer only and no invoice will be sent with the package.

I would like a gift note included with the package, is that possible? 

Yes, please write in the box at check out what you would like your gift note to say and we will be sure to include it in the package.

How long does it normally take before my order is complete?
Orders have a processing time of 3-7 business days.
Time can vary depending on schedule and if there is a delay due to materials or some unforeseen circumstance I will let you know.
If you need your item(s) by a specific date, please email me directly and I can let you know if it is possible to process your order sooner.
Additional charges may apply with rushed orders depending on date required.

I need the item sooner than 3-7 business days, Is it possible to get it sooner?
Depending on the volume of orders I would be happy to expedite your order and have it prepared by a certain date for a $15 expediting fee.
